Shipping policy

ART PRINTS: are shipped via the United States Postal Office (USPS) from our wonderful Print House Partners in Savannah, GA. Art prints are shipped directly from our print house partner facility, to ensure a speedy delivery. For this reason most prints do not arrive signed and dated, unless otherwise requested prior to shipping.

All orders 16 oz and under are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. A tracking number is provided via email to our customers when your order is shipped.

Estimated shipping transit times:
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
We'll do our best to meet these shipping transit estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All orders over 16 oz are shipped via USPS Priority Class Mail with tracking, a tracking number is provided to our customers via email when your order is shipped.  If your package size or weight exceeds the USPS Priority Class Mail limits, we most often ship via FedEx.

Our flat and rolled paper prints within 2-5 business days.  Please be cognizant of USPS Holidays, when selecting your shipping option, the USPS holidays do NOT count as shipping days for our operation.

Giclee prints that measure 11" x 14" and smaller ship flat in our eco-friendly Stay-Flat mailers with ample protection to ensure your print(s) arrive safely.  Our giclee prints larger than 11" x 14" are shipped gently rolled in a sturdy Kraft 3" mailing tube to properly protect your print(s) during shipping.  We include proper print flattening instructions with all of our giclee prints.

FRAMED ART PRINTS:

Framed art prints are sent directly from our Framing Partners in Richmond, KY. Please allow 3-10 business days for your framed prints to ship. 

If your print(s) or artwork are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and together we will determine the corrective action required.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS & ARTWORK:

All original artworks will be shipped directly from Laurie's Art Studio in Hollywood Beach, Florida, via UPS ground shipping. Local pickup is available for local South Florida residents. Please get in touch to arrange pickup BEFORE placing your order, to ensure no shipping charges are added. :)

For all works on canvas, custom basketballs, footballs and life rings, items are carefully wrapped and shipped based on their specific needs. Local pickup is available to ensure a safe delivery of any oversized or original works of art.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

For international orders outside of the US mainland, please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs policies. We are not liable for any additional charges once the package has left our facility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding and support.
