SHIPPING: All orders will ship from Decatur, GA, USA within 1-2 business days from the date of payment unless otherwise specified. All packages will be sent via the USPS delivery option selected by the customer in the checkout. All larger print orders (16"x20" or above) ship directly from our art print house located in PA and are sent via Priority USPS Mail.
 
INCORRECT ADDRESSES: Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We cannot refund for packages lost in the mail due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an undeliverable package is returned to us completely undamaged, we can re-ship to the correct address, but will need to charge for shipping again. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us right away: laurieduncanart@gmail.com
 
DELAYED/ LOST PACKAGES: The post office provides the same tracking information to both the sender and receiver, so if your package is lost or delayed in shipping, please contact the post office directly at: usps.com, or call them at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).  In the event that the post office is unable to provide assistance or locate your package, then please contact us at: laurieduncanart@gmail.com
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES: All print and painting orders are custom made for you. Unfortunately in most cases we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If you notice an issue or fault with your purchase, then please contact us immediately so that we can help resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIME: Please allow a minimum of 10-21 days for packages to arrive. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks which is completely out of our control. This is rare for this to happen, but unfortunately from time to time could occur.
 
CUSTOMS/ DUTIES + ADDITIONAL FEES: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any customs fees. We urge all international customers to check with their local customs office/ post office to inquire about duties or any additional shipping fees prior to placing an order. If delivery is refused by the customer because they don't want to pay the fees charged by their customs office/postal carrier, then we cannot guarantee any refunds. In the event that the print is returned to us completely undamaged we will issue a refund for the price of the print only, no shipping charges will be refunded.
