All Small + Medium art prints are lovingly packaged in tissue paper complete with a gift tag & twine for an extra special touch, whether it be as a special treat for yourself or a loved one.

All Large + X-Large prints are sent directly from the print house to enable a quicker delivery time.

Small + Medium art prints come lovingly packaged with white artist card backing boards in acid-free plastic envelopes to ensure the highest quality, presentation and preservation of your print.

Large + X-Large art prints are shipped rolled in a protective mailing tube to avoid damage to your artwork. (Please let us know if you would prefer your large art print sent with an art mount and flat packaged instead).
Orders are shipped in a padded bubble wrap envelope, between sturdy corregated card board to prevent bending, OR within a secure cardboard mailing tube for optimum protection (yes Mr.Mailman, sometimes you take your anger out on our packages so we need to be smart about this).

All orders are custom made especially for you! Returns are not accepted unless there is a default or issue with your order. If there is an issue with your order (damaged within transit etc) we will gladly correct the problem for you asap.
